As we all know, many people are now suffering and looking for ways to lose belly fat. Not only that it is an excess baggage for the body but it is also affecting one’s self-esteem. Take time to read what are the ingredients on the labels when your in the grocery and try to eleminate those with simple sugar especially those that are refined in the factory. Of course we know when going out from the subway to the main street most people would chose using the escalator than the stairs. I learned this trick also from a friend of mine which she reckoned she learned it from French women. When taking a cab, rather of going down in your exact destination, go down a block away from that building and walk towards it. Walk if your destination is near. That way you also save extra bucks from your pocket so its a win-win effort. Do those extra effort in your daily routine and for sure your on your way to fitness healthy body. You’ll be surprised at how much you have loss when you step on the scale again.
